BOOTHLY END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT & COMPREHENSIVE PRIVACY PROTOCOL

1. Passive Data Pipeline & Non-Archival Nature: Boothly executes asset buffering streaming exclusively for immediate on-location rolling screen presentation updates. Boothly is not a file backup repository, permanent database asset manager, or historic cloud portfolio system.

2. Absolute Privacy, Confidentiality & Sandboxed Control: Every photograph, video upload, and matching metadata parameter captured inside an assigned workspace profile is strictly private and confidential. Boothly does not monitor, sell, index, track, scrape, or license your imagery to external ad networks, AI training clusters, or third-party entities. File viewing permissions are sandbox-restricted exclusively to the venue's display terminal and the verified event Organizer holding the matching slug key token.

3. Automated 30-Day Storage Expiry Lifecycle: To maintain cloud server performance, all event data—including the active landing workspace registry, metadata parameters, and all media assets saved to the storage cluster—will be hosted for exactly thirty (30) calendar days following the active event date. It is the Organizer's sole responsibility to extract their files before this time. **At 12:00 AM on the 31st day post-event, a destructive automated purge sequence deletes the event container and destroys all files permanently. Forgotten data cannot be recovered.**

4. Indemnification & Content Moderation: The Organizer assumes 100% full civil and criminal liability for all submissions crowdsourced via their guest lens portals. Planners agree to defend, indemnify, and hold completely harmless Boothly against any disputes, legal penalties, copyright claims, or statutory privacy violations arising from live venue operations.
