BOOTHLY END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT & COMPREHENSIVE PRIVACY PROTOCOL

1. Live Streaming & Cloud Archival: Boothly streams uploaded media in real time for on-location rolling-screen presentation during your event. Approximately 24 hours after the event date, all media is automatically transferred from the live streaming infrastructure to a private cloud archive (Google Drive), from which the Organizer may view and download their files for a limited retention period.

2. Absolute Privacy, Confidentiality & Sandboxed Control: Every photograph, video upload, and matching metadata parameter captured inside an assigned workspace profile is strictly private and confidential. Boothly does not monitor, sell, index, track, scrape, or license your imagery to external ad networks, AI training clusters, or third-party entities. File viewing permissions are sandbox-restricted exclusively to the venue's display terminal and the verified event Organizer holding the matching slug key token.

3. Automated Transfer & 6-Month Retention Lifecycle: To maintain streaming performance, live event media is held on the streaming infrastructure only during the event and the brief period immediately following it. Approximately twenty-four (24) hours after the event date, all media is automatically transferred to a private cloud archive and removed from the live infrastructure, and a download link is emailed to the Organizer. The archived album then remains available for six (6) months from the transfer date, after which it is permanently and irreversibly deleted. It is the Organizer's sole responsibility to download and retain any files they wish to keep before the end of the 6-month retention period. Once deleted, data cannot be recovered.

4. Indemnification & Content Moderation: The Organizer assumes 100% full civil and criminal liability for all submissions crowdsourced via their guest lens portals. Planners agree to defend, indemnify, and hold completely harmless Boothly against any disputes, legal penalties, copyright claims, or statutory privacy violations arising from live venue operations.
